Daylighting, cross-ventilation and orientation are resolved before the building takes a shape — the biophilic argument, made structural rather than decorative.

Prithvi founded Terra Design Studio in 2024 on a simple premise: that architecture and interiors should be designed and delivered by the same accountable team, with climate and daily use driving decisions long before finishes are chosen. That premise built the studio's deepest portfolio in F&B — restaurants and bakeries designed for the way they actually run on a busy night — alongside a growing residential and healthcare practice across Chennai.
