McRennett Bakery — Gopalapuram & St. Thomas Mount

A brand with more than a century behind it

McRennett has been operating since 1903, and the brief across both new branches was to carry that heritage forward without turning either space into a museum piece. One branch holds the transaction — counter, display and quick service — while the layout gives the other room to let customers linger.

The approach

Gopalapuram and St. Thomas Mount are being designed as a family, sharing a material and lighting language while responding to their own site conditions and footprint.

Scope
