A different climate, the same starting question

Nagercoil sits at the southern tip of Tamil Nadu, with heavier rain and stronger prevailing wind than Chennai. The house was planned to that climate specifically — roof and overhang decisions driven by rainfall, openings placed for the wind that actually crosses the site.

Scope

Terra was engaged as design consultant. The house is complete.
